For the discerning woodworker that is dealing with a challenging top that just will not lay flat our stabilizers are the best you can find.

-2" – Channel cross section is 2.5" wide
-2.5" – Channel cross section is 3" wide
Thickness Matters:
When using a C channel stabilizer, the two most important things to consider are material thickness and flange height (the part that will inset into your table). You want to take both of these to
the max, period. The thicker your material and the taller the flange, the more effective these will do their job.
The value of using a channel stabilizer formed on a press brake versus a conventional extruded C channel is that you have a beefy radius that effectively
thickens the material at its base. You pair that radius with a beefy 0.25" thick sidewall for your flange (the part that goes up and down) and you are going
to get the most rigid channel configuration you can get.
If you want to make your life even easier you can pair one of our channel stabilizing router jig kits with our channel stabilizers and never have to sweat again. Link below!
